Alumni from Karlsruhe, Freiburg and Heidelberg Universities recently gathered on the rooftop terrace of the 1014 office for an evening of drinks, conversation, and connection - courtesy of 1014 and 1014 member Oliver Jakob.

Despite the heavy, but fortunately short burst of rain, spirits stayed high as we gathered outside to enjoy the wonderful Midtown views and to celebrate the power of trans-Atlantic exchange.

Throughout the evening, we casually shared thoughts on everything from personal experiences to the big questions shaping today's world - from the job market and politics, to arts, culture, careers after college, and beyond.  The evening was a great reminder of the value of coming together in person, building community, and keep growing the connections that matter.

A big thank you to 1014 member Oliver Jakob for the generous invitation and to everyone who joined us and made the evening so memorable!
